Most actions on the platform need a second person’s decision: the regulator verifies a registration, the trustee confirms funding, an employer approves a budget. Approvals Monitor shows every one of those decisions still waiting, in one place.
Where: Approvals Monitor in the menu.

Decisions waiting

Approvals monitor with the summary figures, Search decisions, Filters and View marked 1 to 4

Every decision still waiting

  1. Summary: how many Decisions waiting, how many are Overdue, the Longest wait and who it is waiting on, and how many Reminders sent.
  2. Search decisions by name or reference.
  3. Filters narrow the list, for example to one workflow or to overdue decisions.
  4. View opens one decision.
Each row shows the decision needed (for example “Employer registration: verifies registration”), who it is Waiting on, for how long, and when the last reminder went out.

One decision

Trustee registration: verifies registration for Sentinel Trust Services Ltd, waiting on Regulator for 7 hours, expected within 5 days, with its progress and a Send reminder button

A decision waiting on the regulator

The panel shows who it is waiting on, since when, how long it is Expected within, the reference and the steps so far. A decision becomes Overdue once it has waited longer than Expected within. Select Send reminder to notify whoever holds it. A message confirms who was reminded, and the reminder count goes up.

By workflow and by party

  • Workflows groups the waiting decisions by process — employer registration, trust funding, benefit payment, expense budget and so on — with how many are waiting and overdue in each.
  • Parties groups them by who holds them — the regulator, a named employer, trustee or fund manager, or you. View decisions lists that party’s decisions.
Parties: Regulator, Bo Rice Mills Ltd, Platform admin and National EOSB Trustee Limited, each with waiting, overdue and longest wait

Who the platform is waiting on
