# Statement of account

> See, compare and download the cash movements you hold for each trust.

The statement is the full record of one trust's cash with you over a period: what came in, what went out, and whether it agrees with the platform's books. Use it for month-end reconciliation and for reporting to the trustee.

The statement shows:

* **Opening balance**, **Money in**, **Money out** and **Closing balance**
* every **transaction** with its date, description, reference and running balance
* a **summary by category**
* a **reconciliation** against the EOSB book balance. **Out of balance** means they differ; report it to the platform administrator with the statement.
* the **comparison** with the previous period, if you ticked it

Select **Download PDF** or **Download Excel (1, 2)** to save it, or **Save to Archives** to keep a copy. Saved and period-end statements are listed under **Archives**.
